bichermaart.lu is a noticeboard where members offer second-hand books to each other. We are not the seller, we do not handle payment, and we take no commission.

Any sale is a private agreement between the two members. We are not a party to it.

You need a Google account to sign in, and you must be at least 16 years old or have a guardian's permission.

Keep your account to yourself. You are responsible for what is posted from it.

List only physical books you own and can hand over, describe their condition honestly, and use photographs of the actual copy.

Do not post pirated or photocopied books, or anything unlawful.

You keep ownership of your photographs and text, and you grant us permission to display them on the site for as long as your listing is published.

Be civil. Harassment, spam and discriminatory language are not tolerated.

Do not use another member's personal details for anything other than completing the trade you agreed.

We may remove listings or suspend accounts that break these terms or the site rules, without notice where the breach is serious.

The site is offered as it is. We cannot guarantee it will always be available, nor that a member will complete a trade or that a book will match its description.

Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms may change. Material changes will be noted on this page with a new date.

Luxembourg law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
